Can you remove a Google review?
You can’t delete a review yourself, but Google will remove reviews that break its policies, such as fake reviews, spam, conflicts of interest, off-topic rants and offensive content. Report the review from your Business Profile and follow up if needed.
How long does Google take to remove a reported review?
Usually a few days, though it can take longer. If the first report is rejected, you can appeal through the Reviews Management Tool.
What if a review is genuine but negative?
Genuine negative reviews won’t be removed. The best answer is a calm, professional reply, plus a steady flow of new positive reviews that pushes it down and lifts your average.
